Manoeuvering

An old tree as a "natural" obstacle

Land manoeuvre

For the rest of the work on the Anitra it was advantageous for the yacht to stand in the hall with the bow forward. For this, the 12-metre R-Yacht had to be towed around somewhat.

Given the size of the yacht of over 21 metres (69 ft) in length, the trailer width of over 3,5 metres (11 ft) and a hull width of almost 4 m (12 ft), even such a large shipyard was pushing its "natural" boundaries.

After some forward, backward and sideward movements we managed to manoeuvre the stern of the Anitra around the old white poplar tree.

Even during trasportation everyone noticed the beautiful shape of the hull with its harmonious lines.
