Keel frames

Work of art in steel

The keel section of the Anitra, with its strikingly shaped steel frames, exudes something special, like an old iron or steel bridge.

Rivets are characteristic of the traditional form of construction and belong in an original restored yacht.

A deep view

Only a traditional yacht can offer the owner such a wonderful view of the keel section.

Steel and wood in harmony

Between each steel frame, you can clearly see a wooden frame, which is connected to both the keel and its counterpart on the other side of the hull using steel plates.
The metal plates are fixed to the keel wood with end-to-end keel bolts.
